This notice explains what happens to information you send us through nezhababy.com, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website only — not contacts we exchange with you by email, phone or trade show after an enquiry has started.

2. What the website collects
The only place this website asks you for anything is the project enquiry form on the home page and the cooperation page. That form asks for:
- your company name, contact person, country or region, work email and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the product category and model you are interested in, and the cooperation mode you want;
- anything you type into the message field.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category data. Please do not send personal identity documents, payment details or health information through the form or by email.
3. How your enquiry actually reaches us
Your enquiry is stored on our own database, written by a secure server-side endpoint. When you press submit, the form sends the fields to a secure server-side endpoint, which records the enquiry in our database and notifies our team by email. If that connection fails, the page falls back to preparing the message in your own email application, so the enquiry is not lost either way.
The enquiry is then handled as an ordinary business record: it is visible only to our own staff, and it is used to answer you.
4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, analytics or profiling, and we do not embed third-party marketing or social tracking scripts. We do not build visitor profiles and we do not follow you across other websites.
Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) processes the connection in order to deliver the site and to filter malicious traffic. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose, and it keeps aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics for us. We do not receive any personally identifying analytics from it.
5. Why we use your information, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and shortlist models for you — necessary for our legitimate interest in responding to a business request you initiated, and for steps towards a contract.
- To quote, sample, manufacture and ship if we go on to work together — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep records of the business relationship — necessary for our legitimate interest in running our business and meeting accounting obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is seen only by our own staff who handle enquiries, orders and export documentation, and it passes through the providers that carry our email, host this website and run our enquiry database (a managed PostgreSQL service). If a project reaches production, the details needed for shipping and customs are shared with the freight forwarder and customs broker acting for that shipment.
7. Where it is processed
Our business is in China and our mailbox is operated there. Our website is served through a global content delivery network, so connection data is processed at whichever network location is nearest to you. The enquiry database is hosted in Singapore. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this means your enquiry is transferred outside your region; it is transferred because it is necessary to answer the request you chose to send us.
8. How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to a project is deleted once it is clearly inactive, both from our database and from our mailbox. If we start working together, the enquiry and the correspondence around it are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that our accounting and export records must be retained. After that it is deleted.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
10. Security
Your enquiry is held in a database the website itself cannot read: writes go through a secure server-side endpoint, and no visitor — including you — can read anyone else's submission. Our database and our mailbox are both protected by account access controls and reachable only by staff who need them. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending anything sensitive through the form.
11. Changes to this notice
If our practice changes we will update this page and the date at the top. The version published here is always the current one.
